Louise Kent: Living Life at LEV3L
At times I feel like my life exists regardless of the passion I give it. It’s these times that tempt me to take a back seat—observing, though not truly experiencing.
Sometimes in classes, conversations and routines I can sink into a state of expectance—assuming everything is “normal” and doesn’t require my full intensity. It’s during these times that life passes me by, effortlessly and with minimal return on my happiness and fulfillment.
And then something happens: a push by my mind and my heart into a state of consciousness that allows me to become aware of the momentary miracles that constantly happen to all of us.
They may be exciting or yes, they may be sad or filled with frustration, but this application of full self, of complete energy, allows me to experience these things in a new way—in a true way.
What else is life for but to experience everything with complete presence of self? Why are we born, why do we live, except to be conscious of this life?
In my view, the best way to respect this whole journey is to live it at LEV3L: with passion, with intensity and with awareness.
